Hi, I'm Alex Cardenas.
I have spent the last 10 years learning new techniques and skills to give my clients the absolute best possible experience. Health and fitness to me isn't just looking and feeling strong but being mentally healthy and confident as well.
I am a personal trainer and the owner of Cardenas Complete Training.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Iowa. My other certifications include nutrition, strength and conditioning and speed and agility. I also coach high school football and soccer.
My passion for health and fitness comes from a lifelong obsession with sports. From a young age I was always interested in how the body moves and how it is capable of doing the things the body does. I love what I do because of my clients.

I met Alex and I asked if he was willing to take me on because I'm very stubborn and he agreed so 3 days a week at 6 am I would come to the gym and he did great assessments.
